As part of training activities, it is essential to carry out two types of evaluation: hot evaluations and cold evaluations. While the first are carried out immediately after the training, the second are carried out at least three months after the training. Cold evaluations are designed to measure whether a training course has had an impact on the day-to-day practices of the participants. The aim is to find out whether, several months after a training course, the participants consider that the knowledge acquired during the training has been beneficial to them.
With this in mind, and keen to know whether its training courses have had the desired impact, e-TAMKEEN has initiated three cold evaluations: the first in June 2022 to measure the cold results of the priority training cycle deployed between December 2020 and September 2021. The second was launched in October 2022 and covered the training courses in innovative approaches to project management deployed between December 2021 and July 2022. Finally, the last one concerned the e-TAMKEEN online courses and e-learning training webinars, and was launched in June 2023.
The consultants on assignment shared questionnaires and organised discussion groups with the participants in the various training sessions.
