At the start of the e-TAMKEEN project, one of the fundamental steps was to set up its implementation team.
Enabel ensured that the public departments, the project's implementation partners, were fully involved in the roll-out of the project, at the time the Department of Administration Reform of the Ministry of the Economy and Finance, the Digital Development Agency and the National Administration Higher School. This active involvement of resource persons in the recruitment process for the implementation team, between late 2018 and mid-2019, demonstrated the collective commitment to the success of the project.
The recruitment phase started with the arrival of an intervention manager and an administrative and financial officer. These initial members laid the solid foundations of the operational team. Gradually, a digitisation expert joined the ranks, bringing specialist expertise to guide the project's ambitions towards fruition. A logistics assistant rounded out the team, helping to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Thanks to a collaborative and strategic approach, the team implementing the e-TAMKEEN project has been carefully put together to meet its challenges. This approach underlines the importance of a collective commitment to ensure the success of an innovative and forward-looking initiative.
