In November 2020, the e-TAMKEEN programme launched the first edition of "IDARATHON". This innovative event enabled civil servants (women and men) from 14 public departments to address the challenges of the public Administration with original solutions. The first edition was a great success, resulting in the emergence of 6 innovative projects led by 40 participants divided in 6 teams.

Following the first edition prize-giving, the project management unit adopted a forward-looking perspective. The strategic decision was taken to extend support to the winning teams, in order to stimulate the development of their innovative projects. 

In a spirit of partnership and excellence, the e-TAMKEEN programme has collaborated with a consultancy firm and two Moroccan universities, UM6P and Al Akhawayn University. Together, they have formed a network of expertise to strengthen the skills of teams in collective intelligence and agile methods. At the same time, this alliance has undertaken the IT development of the solutions.
