The first edition of IDARATHON was a major milestone, with three projects selected and supported through to the completion of a prototype. These achievements crowned a process that went from ideation to concrete creation, demonstrating the relevance and viability of the innovative solutions developed.
The first project, called eTansik, is a digital platform dedicated to managing the affairs of the Public Administration. The key advantage of eTansik lies in its interoperability between the various ministries and departments that can adopt it. The platform aims to unify communication and best practice within the public sector, thereby promoting collaborative performance for all civil servants (men and women).
The second project, I3tibar, offers a solution for people with disabilities, whether visible or invisible. This initiative enables people to report and ask for help when difficult situations arise during their daily social activities. I3tibar creates a supportive and caring community to support people with disabilities in their day-to-day needs.
The third project, Machrou3i, aims to improve the granting of income-generating activities (IGAs) for people with disabilities. This initiative simplifies the procedure, reducing the need to travel and improving the reception for people with disabilities.
These three projects represent significant progress towards achieving IDARATHON's objectives, by providing concrete and innovative solutions for the Moroccan Public Administration. IDARATHON is emerging as a cornerstone in the transformation of public administration, demonstrating the capacity for innovation of civil servants (women and men).
