The e-TAMKEEN project has recognised the importance of practising what it preaches in terms of digitalisation. This awareness initially led to the introduction of digital attendance forms, to be completed via smartphones during training sessions.
During constructive discussions with partners and beneficiaries from different ministries and public agencies, a common aspiration emerged: the need to centralise the management and organisation of training courses within a single digital platform.
This vision led to the creation of an interactive platform, bringing together all the data relating to training courses. This has enabled the focal points to register the members of their entities and the training companies to share teaching materials. Participants, for their part, can access the resources of the sessions in which they have taken part.
Introduced in its initial version in December 2021, this platform has been the subject of training sessions for focal points, the project management unit and training firms. Thanks to feedback, successive improvements have been made, leading to the sophisticated and comprehensive version we know today.
