In 2022, e-TAMKEEN led the development of two training modules in response to the needs expressed by the beneficiary departments. The first, focusing on "Collective Intelligence and Public Problem Solving", was inspired by a masterclass organised in collaboration with UM6P. The second, entitled "Digital Transformation in Morocco", is the result of interaction between digitalization specialists and e-learning experts. These two approaches have enabled us to extract essential lessons for perfecting the design of the next three modules: "digital communication", "public innovation" and "cybersecurity and data protection".
In order to guarantee the effectiveness of the e-learning platform and the relevance of the modules offered, the "learning.e-tamkeen.ma" platform was opened in September 2022 to a restricted group representing the partner ministries, divided into two cohorts of 30 members each. These cohorts explored the "Digital Transformation in Morocco" and "Collective Intelligence and Public Problem Solving" modules with the support of the designer trainers. Their feedback has been invaluable in refining the current content and the modules being developed, ensuring an optimal experience for future learners.
