The second edition of IDARATHON was a decisive milestone for the e-TAMKEEN programme, highlighting the crucial challenges facing public administrations. The challenges selected for this edition, distinct from those of the first edition, were fundamental to guaranteeing the accessibility, efficiency and inclusiveness of public services in the digital age.
The three challenges identified for this edition were as follows:
- e-Gov services for citizens,
- Data governance and management within the government,
- Digital inclusion to improve the use of government services.
These challenges were identified through a concerted approach involving the partner ministry implementing the project. They have been chosen to respond to issues related to the digital transformation of the government and in line with the guidelines of the digital strategy for 2030, currently being drawn up and finalised by the Ministry for Digital Transition.
The aim was to meet the needs of citizens and users by improving and modernising our Administration, thereby optimising quality public service with simplified procedures and innovative solutions for the Moroccan Public Administration.
"We are all part of IDARATHON. Together, we are paving the way for innovative public administration. The time to support innovation is now. This strong message is a reminder of the values shared by all the partners involved in this initiative and underlines the importance of innovation and collaboration in shaping the future of Public Administration.
