agility and the Scrum methodology
In line with its major initiatives to enhance the digital skills of civil servants, the e-TAMKEEN project has expanded its innovation training programme.
With this in mind, the programme has launched a new cycle of training sessions focusing on agility and the Scrum approach. Organised between December 2022 and January 2023 in Rabat, these sessions benefited from the active involvement of 90 institutional managers and leaders, including directors, heads of department and heads of service. The aim of this initiative is to introduce participants to the innovative methods of agility and the Scrum methodology. Designed specifically to meet the expectations of our strategic partner, the French Ministry for Digital Transition and Administrative Reform, these training courses focus on :
● Raising awareness of Agility
● Training for the Scrum Master role
● Training for the Product Owner role
Raising awareness of the digital transition in the public sector
Before launching its digital transition strategy, the Ministry of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform considered it essential to strengthen the skills of its employees. This approach has been designed to ensure that all civil servants (women & men) are not only aligned with the ministry's future vision, but also sufficiently skilled and equipped to navigate this emerging digital landscape.
Between June and September 2023, the Ministry of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform, in partnership with Enabel, organised a series of awareness-raising events on digital transition. The ambitions were wide-ranging: to raise awareness among all civil servants of the crucial importance of digital transformation; to include those who do not routinely use digital technology in their professional routine; to foster a forum for discussion on the best digital methods adopted by the ministry; to equip ministry representatives with new approaches and tools; and to prepare teams for the imminent launch of the digital transition strategy.
The programme was designed to reach all employees of the Ministry of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform, whatever their hierarchical level. The sessions, conducted mainly in Darija, incorporated French to cover certain technical terms.
