As part of the e-TAMKEEN project, a team building event was organized at M'nar Park in Tangier from 02 to 04 February 2023 for the programme's focal points and the Project Management Unit (PMU).
The aim of this mission was threefold:
● Strengthening the network of e-TAMKEEN partners; 
● Keeping the e-TAMKEEN team learning and entertained; 
● Strengthening links between group members and creating new ones.

To meet these objectives, i.e. strengthening the networks and personal development, a range of meticulously devised activities has been deployed, the animation was made of ice-breakers, gamified activities that were both mental and physical oriented.

The first series of activities focused on ice-breakers, an essential element in creating a comfortable atmosphere conducive to interaction between participants. As well as lightening the mood, these activities enabled participants to get to know each other better on a personal level.

Following this, an information and training workshop was organized. It includedincluding a reminder of the capitalization workshops results , a presentation of an initial prototype of the e-TAMKEEN platform being created, an exchange and sharing on the project's activities, and a workshop on the DISC method. This workshop provided crucial information and updates on the project, while encouraging collaboration and the sharing of ideas between participants.

This was followed by team building activities, including strategy and group communication games, as well as activities to encourage synergy, cohesion and collective intelligence.

These activities have helped to strengthen the network of e-TAMKEEN partners, provide learning and entertainment for the team, and it helped to create a collaborative and productive working environment for all participants.
