Communication and information sessions around the opening of the platform to all administrations

With the aim of improving, extending and amplifying access to training and strengthening the digital skills of civil servants (women & men) from all ministries, e-TAMKEEN launched a key initiative in March 2023. This initiative involved making its e-learning platform accessible to all ministries, with no restrictions on the number of participants. This involved the integration of a registration option on the platform, followed by a two-phase strategy implemented by the e-TAMKEEN team:

1. Internal communication within the beneficiary ministries :

Following consultations with each focal point, it was decided to distribute the registration link within each department or to send a list of registrations to the e-TAMKEEN team for group registration on the platform. Webinars presenting the platform were also organised, among others with the Ministry of Economic Inclusion, Small Business, Employment and Skills , to raise awareness of the tool among civil servants.

2. Extensive communication campaign: A broader communication campaign was launched by e-TAMKEEN, using mailing campaigns and social networks to invite civil servants from all ministries to register on the platform.

This strategy has led to a remarkable increase in the number of users of the platform, from 100 to over 1,400 in just three months.
