The e-TAMKEEN Project Management Unit is a team responsible for planning, coordinating, executing and supervising the project's activities in order to achieve its objectives, stay on time and on budget, and ensure effective management of resources and stakeholders. This team is made up of two people from the Ministry of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform, six people from Enabel, as well as ad hoc support people who have been part of the project for a defined period of time
